Sarràa is an Egyptian Director of Photography, based between London and San Franscico. Her work has taken her to Northern Ireland, Wales, London, Spain NYC, California and Jamaica. She films any where a kind story arises.
She received her BSc in Genetics and Genomics from UC Davis and her MA in Cinematography from Goldsmiths, University of London. She completed the "16mm and 35mm camera familiarisation workshop" at National Film & TV School (NFTS) and "Introduction to Theatre Directing" course at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Sarràa is a BAFTA connect member. She received "Best Cinematography Award" from Tokyo Film Awards, Berlin Short Awards and Vienna Indie Short Film Festival.
